GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT
These “General Terms and Conditions” regulate the use of the Service Provider’s services. According to the General Terms and Conditions, the operator, service provider, Gardrób Community Fair (Mender Szilvia EV address: 1047 Bp, Báthory u 20, Tax number: 59445829-1-41, hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider, enters into a Contract with the persons using the service, the contracting parties, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.
Contracting parties
Seller: A person over the age of 18 who uses the Gardrób Community Fair service and purchases services through the website, who acknowledges the GTC and accepts them as binding on him/her, hereinafter referred to as Seller.
Service Provider: Gardrób Community Fair, hereinafter referred to as Service Provider, providing event organization services under the terms of these GTC.
1. Purpose of the General Terms and Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) contain the general terms and conditions of the legal relationship between the Service Provider and the Seller entering into a contractual relationship with it. Regarding issues not regulated here, the Hungarian laws and official regulations in force at all times regarding the Service Provider's activities, as well as the provisions of the Civil Code, shall apply without any special stipulation.
2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
The Seller's acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is a prerequisite for the purchase or use of the service. The Seller's use of the service provided by the Service Provider constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
3. Scope of the Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions in whole or in part at any time. The General Terms and Conditions shall remain in force as long as the Service Provider provides services. These General Terms and Conditions shall be effective from October 1, 2019 for an indefinite period.
4. Territorial scope of the service
The service operated by the service provider is available both domestically and internationally.
5. Contractual concepts:
The service: Exhibition, fair and congress organization
Reservation: Reservations are only possible for items listed on the website. The Service Provider will send a confirmation of the reservation and purchase and an invoice for the transfer fee to the e-mail address provided by the Seller. The terms and conditions of the event can be found on the website and in the confirmation. The confirmation contains the subject, location, duration and price of the service and the invoice for the reservation fee. The Seller may purchase a maximum of two tables.
Reservation finalization and validation:
The Reservation is established after payment of the participation fee and is therefore considered a written Contract, and also constitutes automatic acceptance of the GTC and the Reservation and Cancellation Conditions.
Payment and cancellation terms:
To use the service provided by the Gardrób Community Fair, the Seller must pay 100% of the purchase price online by card. After the purchase is made, the Service Provider ensures the conditions for participation in the fair. The Service Provider sends the exact location of the venue and the sale to the Seller. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the event location and the sale location. The Service is not refundable by the Seller.
6. The Service Provider provides the service under the following conditions:
The Gardrób Community Fair is a used clothing fair for private individuals, where only used clothing, shoes and accessories can be sold in the area provided by the Service Provider, where it is possible to place a table and a stand. Companies, shops and businesses are not allowed to participate in the event.
Two people can sell in the purchased area, and the Seller is responsible for the products displayed here.

Upon finalizing the purchase, the Service Provider sends a detailed confirmation to the Seller, which includes the exact location of the sale.
The Service Provider provides at the ELTE location: 1 160×80 cm whiteboard table and 1 chair. A 100 cm stand is provided upon request.
Usable area: 2 square meters. The Vendor may only bring as many items for sale as will fit in this area; stands larger than 100 cm and boxes in the way may be removed by the Service Provider during the event for fire safety reasons.
In case of bad weather conditions, the Service Provider will move the event to an indoor, covered location, in which case the originally reserved seats will change, and the tables will be assigned by the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is not responsible for any theft or damage or the number of visitors.
The Service Provider provides: a curtained fitting room, men's and women's restrooms, and a buffet.
Seller's tax obligations: The sale of movable property by a private individual is tax-free up to HUF 600,000 in 1 tax year. No tax is due for sold clothing. Sellers conducting commercial activities elsewhere are required to fulfill their tax obligations according to the current rules of the Hungarian Tax Authority.
By making the payment, the applicant accepts the rules of the event. The Service Provider has the right to suspend the participation of Sellers who do not comply with the rules from the fair. The Service Provider publishes its security regulations on its website.
7. Request for quote or booking process:
7.1. The reservation is made on the Service Provider's website, by payment by the Seller with a bank card, thus it is considered a written Contract, and at the same time it means the automatic acceptance of the Booking and Cancellation Terms and Conditions and the GTC. The Seller accepts that the service provider will not refund the reservation amount paid in advance when validating the reservation for the cancelled reservation.
7.2. A verbal reservation, agreement, modification, or verbal confirmation thereof by the Service Provider does not have contractual value.
7.3. The content of the Contract covers the subject matter, location, duration, price of the service, as well as the Booking and Cancellation Conditions and the relevant GTC.
7.4. Any amendment or supplement to the Contract requires a written agreement between the parties.
It is possible to move a reservation that has already been finalized and confirmed to another date, subject to available capacity.
7.5. Prices include the statutory rate of value added tax (VAT) applicable at the time of the offer.
8. Refusal of reservation, termination of contract.
8.1. The Service Provider has the right to terminate the contract and refuse to provide services if the Seller:
1. non-fulfillment of payment obligations.
2. use the site for purposes other than its intended purpose
3. sells products other than the specified ones.
4. engages in commercial activities with the right to sell.
5. is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
6. exhibits unacceptable, immoral, violent, incompatible behavior
7. In the event of a change of location, the Service Provider has the right to cancel the reservation.
8. in the event of reasons beyond the control of the parties, so-called Force Majeure (war, fire, flood, weather conditions, power outage, strike), over which the party has no control
9. In the event of cancellation of the event, the purchased sales spaces will be valid at a new date, the contract will not be terminated.
9. Service Provider's liability
9.1. The Service Provider is obliged to investigate the Seller's complaint during his stay and take the necessary steps to address the problem.
9.2. The Service Provider is not responsible for valuables left in the area.
10. Conditions for online payment system by bank card:
10.1. The Seller's acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is a prerequisite for the purchase or use of the service. The Seller's use of the service provided by the Service Provider constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
10.2. The Contract is concluded when, pursuant to the above point, the Seller uses the service provided by the Service Provider, which also constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
10.3. The Seller shall pay for the services electronically, by bank card, upon confirmation of the order.
10.4. A reservation is created when the Seller approves the reservation in its final form. The Service Provider guarantees that the Buyer's bank card will only be charged after the Seller confirms his intention to pay on the Internet interface.

11. Service provider's obligations and responsibilities:
11.1. The Service Provider continuously provides the Service to the Seller in return for the Seller's fulfillment of its payment obligations.
11.2. The Service Provider is not liable for damages that occur due to force majeure, natural disaster (vis major), or other causes or events beyond the Service Provider's control, for which the Service Provider cannot be held liable.
11.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices. It is not responsible for any errors on the site. The price includes the public charges applicable to the service and the General Sales Tax (VAT), with the exception of the tourist tax payable per person and per night.
11.4. The Service Provider stores the Seller's data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and later proving the terms of the contract, but is not entitled to pass them on for advertising or other purposes without the Seller's express consent.
11.5. Handling of vendor reports and complaints
The Seller may report any errors detected in connection with the above banking service to the Service Provider's online customer service at gardrobkv@gmail.com. The Service Provider shall investigate the reports and complaints within 5 days in all cases and shall inform the Seller of the results of the investigation in accordance with the method of the report. The Service Provider shall keep records of the reports and complaints. The Service Provider shall immediately take action to correct any error reported by the Seller, proven to be true as a result of the investigation and arising within the scope of the Service Provider's interests.
12. Rights and obligations of the Seller
12.1. The Seller must provide accurate details on the website before initiating a bank card payment, in order to avoid any potential problems.
12.2. The Service Provider assumes no liability in any form for incorrect data provided when providing Seller data and for any damages resulting therefrom.
12.3. The Seller is obliged to pay for the service according to the payment method. The Seller may only deviate from the chosen payment method with the prior consent of the Service Provider. If the Seller is unable to pay the purchase price of the ordered service, the ordered service will be automatically deleted from the system.
13. Online payment system with bank card
13.1. Payment by bank card is made via OTP's SimplePay server via a website encrypted with strong (128-bit) SSL technology, so your banking details are guaranteed not to be disclosed to unauthorized persons via the Internet.
13.2. The service provider stores the data generated and obtained during the order, i.e. the name of the cardholder or ordering Merchant may be used solely for the purpose of executing the transaction authorized by the cardholder. The service provider does not have any other data generated during the transaction.
13.3. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Seller's password by a third party due to the Seller's fault. The Seller declares that it will not claim back the value of the services ordered and performed. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the provision of incorrect data, and shall immediately investigate the reported complaints and handle them to the best of its ability.
13.4. Acceptable bank card types: VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO and American Express
Data protection
The Service Provider considers the protection of personal data important and takes all security, technical and organizational measures that guarantee the security of the data. In fulfilling its obligations under the Agreement, the Service Provider is obliged to comply with the provisions of the applicable laws on the protection of personal data and the disclosure of data of public interest (Current: Act LXIII of 1992 and Act CXII of 2011 on the right to informational self-determination and freedom of information).
The Seller acknowledges that the Service Provider is obliged, based on legal authorization, to provide data to the requesting authority in accordance with the law.
The Service Provider publishes its data protection principles in a separate Data Protection Statement on its website.
